“Only I can change my life.  No one can do it for me.” Carol Burnett

If you are struggling to make healthy behavior changes in your life, then consider booking a one-on-one coaching appointment with me.

The way we behave in our daily lives is directly linked to our physical and mental health.  Our behaviors are the outward expression of our inner world.

You might have a condition that mandates a certain diet and lifestyle that you are struggling to maintain.  You might not have any diagnoses but wish that you could live your life with more authenticity. No matter what has led you to this point, I’m here to help you clarify your true desires for your life, and put them into action in the real world.

We’ll clarify your behavior change goals, identify obstacles to reaching them, and design a sustainable strategy to get from where you are to where you want to be.

These appointments can be stand-alone, but are most effective as a supplement to Do it for You, my behavior change class.

Testimonials

“When I met with Dr. Erin I had specific goals I wanted to achieve.  Like most people I was taking on too much and I needed to shift my attention to my priorities, but I didn’t know where to begin.  In just one session, Dr. Erin helped me restructure my goals, breaking them down into smaller more attainable steps. I left her coaching session able to take action that same day.  The tools and resources gained from her have helped me break through my anxiety and negative self-talk, pushing me into action and ultimately helping me change the behaviors that no longer serve me.  I highly recommend Dr. Erin for anyone who knows what they want but need a little bit of help with how to get there.”
